Distributor Commercial License:

As an ACTIVE supporter of Momo's Models Distributor License tier, you will have a Commercial License to legally sell PHYSICAL prints of any of the designs available. 

UPON CANCELLATION of the subscription, THIS COMMERCIAL LICENSE EXPIRES.

Printing:

• 3MF files will be included in this membership. These will allow you to easily open and print the models with our recommended settings
• Print settings will be listed as a general recommendation. Use these with your own discretion and find what best works with your printer
• You are responsible for what you sell, as we cannot control each person's print quality

Site Attribute:

• Within the description of the product page, the following statement must be displayed: "Designed by Momo's Models"
• Momo's Models must include the link to our site
• Displaying our logo with this description is optional but is appreciated if you do! You can find the available logos in our Media Kit

Can I Edit the models:

• For the Blank versions of the deck boxes, you can put any logos or materials that your company has legal access to on them. Such as your company's logo or branding
• You are not allowed to offer custom on-demand services similar to what we offer here on Momo’s Models 
• You can NOT edit, change, alter, or modify the files
• This license is to sell the models as is
• This includes the hidden Momo on each deck box must remain intact and visible. As this is both part of brand recognition and a little Easter Egg for the customer

Other Notes:

• Aside from the monthly/yearly subscription cost, there are no additional fees or royalties to sell my models
• Momo’s Models will retain all rights to continue selling all products listed in all membership tiers
• Momo’s Models will not be responsible or a part of any legal issues that arise from selling products at your company. This includes selling products made from our STL files 
• We are all human, and mistakes always happen. I will always try to solve any problems that arise with good, friendly dialogue. Your support and honesty are very important!

Agreement

By joining the Distributor License with Momo's Models, you are agreeing to the following conditions to print and sell our models:

• Our STL files and models will never be uploaded, sold, resold, shared, or redistributed on any site outside of your company 

• All pricing of the products will not be listed below what they currently are available at on the Momo's Models site (exception is if you are running a store-wide sale, the sale must have an end date and not be continuous)

• You will not edit, modify, alter, change, or manipulate our STL files in any way. This includes removal or covering of the Momo logo in each deck box

• You will not upload our files, images, or printed models into any AI generator and/or LLM model 

• A minimum of 1 year active membership is required

• Canceling your membership, you will immediately lose access to all files and will not be able to sell our models anymore. You must also delete all our files from your system 

Failure to comply with the conditions stated within this contract will result in immediate removal of the Distributor License and/or possible legal action.
